What is Wellness Week?

Wellness Week Traverse City is a new community-wide initiative dedicated to fostering holistic well-being, and a unique invitation for visitors and locals alike to explore Traverse City as a premier wellness destination. It kicks off with an exciting Expo event where you'll discover our vibrant local wellness businesses. Throughout the following week (September 20th-26th), you're invited to explore these businesses firsthand, embracing new practices and establishing sustainable routines to thrive through the fall and winter seasons. Strategically offered during Traverse City's 'local's month', Wellness Week empowers our community to find their path to wellness right here at home, and invites guests to experience our unique offerings. Join us to connect, discover, and embark on your wellness journey!

The KickOff Event:

Our signature launch event on Friday, September 19th at City Opera House features:

Jenna Morris is the founder and passionate heart behind Wellness Week.

With over 17 years of experience in the wellness field, including extensive work as a 500-ERYT yoga instructor and her current pursuit of an MA in Mental Health Counseling, Jenna understands the multifaceted nature of health.

Jenna brings a discerning eye for authentic presence and exceptional guidance across various modalities. She also co-hosts The Well Refined Podcast, where she shares practical wisdom for mindful living.

Wellness Week was created by Jenna to unite our local wellness scene with a community ready for sustainable health habits.
